  • Managing access and permissions for any Team accounts you create or administer

However, by using our platform and uploading assets (including reference images), you grant us and our third-party AI service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the service and generating the requested outputs.

You agree not to upload, create, or share content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Violates the privacy or rights of others
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Misrepresents your identity or affiliation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Team subscriptions are billed to the team owner, who is responsible for all payment obligations
